Lead Based Paint Activities Certification – A MUST!

Danger! Lead Based PaintThe U.S. Enviornmental Protection Agency (EPA) has drastically changed it’s rules in regard to activities that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes and child-occupied facilities.  Starting on April 22, 2010 all paint contractors MUST be certified and use lead-safe work practices during renovations.
